Grant Hill’s basketball timeline was filled with incredible personal and team accomplishments, but also several severe injuries during his storied career.
The two-time NCAA National Champion and seven-time National Basketball Association All-Star joins hosts, Wendy Batts and Ken Miller, for an unplugged discussion on overcoming those career-threatening setbacks, how the NASM's Optimum Performance Training® Model enabled him to play close to two decades in the NBA, and balancing fitness and life in his now post-career.
“For me, and really, NASM – the principles, the foundation. A lot of what kept me going were the things I learned through NASM," Hill shared with Batts and Miller. "So, I have an arthritic ankle…and I know if I don’t do my corrective exercises. If I don’t foam roll, if I don’t do my correctives then it hurts my ankle.”
