“I tried to think about what songs I would want to listen to during different parts of a workout.  The songs build up similar to how someone would progress through an OPT workout. The beginning songs are a bit slower during SMR and flexibility and start to build up as we get into core, balance, resistance, reactive training, etc. I ended with a slower song for the cool down.”
