Prentiss Rhodes, NASM-CPT, CES, PES has worked in the fitness and wellness industry over 15 years as a Chiropractor, trainer and martial arts instructor. Areas of interest include corrective exercise and strength training. He has been honored to work with a variety of clients in various settings including clinics, gyms, and most recently his private studio.
A 1998 graduate of the National University of Health Science where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and a 1995 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology.
In addition to teaching NASM workshops, he has been an avid martial artist for over 20 years and enjoys music, dance and spending time with his family.
