Izzy the Trainer’s Hip Shaking Playlist

I have been licensed to teach Zumba since 2009. After a few years of teaching it, I am not going to lie: I began to get burned out and fell out of love with it. I became certified in other formats, but nothing really could replace my love of dance fitness and the atmosphere that comes along with teaching and taking a Zumba class.

I attended the ZIN Convention last month in Orlando with the AFAA team, and BOOM passion re-ignited! I decided to put together a playlist filled with bumping tracks I could jam to during my own HIIT workouts. The mix of bass bumping Reggaeton, smooth Soca, and hip hop infused Merengue tracks on this playlist are sure to push you through your workout and maybe even stop for a quick dance break. I hope you like it!
