EMc Spotify Workout Playlist

I chose the songs I did because I think there should be a natural music progression, similar to the exercise progressions found in the OPT Model.  The music I selected is intended to have an upbeat and sometimes deep rhythm that will engage exercisers to push past what they normally do and really focus on the outcomes of their workout.  I believe that music is instrumental in motivation to exercise and feel that we should personally pay more attention to the music we select when doing our workouts to get the most out of them.

*SOME SONGS MAY BE EXPLICIT ON THIS WORKOUT PLAYLIST–LISTENER DISCRETION ADVISED*
